2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account through our OAuth authentication provider, we collect your name, email address, and a unique identifier. This information is necessary to create and manage your account.

2.2 Profile and Planning Data

As you use the Service, you may enter personal planning data including life goals, annual goals, dreams, meaning markers, longevity markers, and daily commitments across six life domains. You may also use the happiness checklist and habit tracking features.

2.3 Payment Information

If you set a financial accountability stake, your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Payment Method ID for processing accountability charges. We never store your full card number, CVV, or card expiration date.

2.4 Accountability Partner Information

If you add accountability partners, we collect their names and email addresses solely for the purpose of sending weekly progress reports on your behalf.

2.5 Email Subscriber Information

If you subscribe to our newsletter via the landing page, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. This information is used solely for sending you updates about the Service.

2.6 Technical Information

We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process accountability charges via Stripe when applicable
  • To send weekly progress emails to your designated accountability partners
  • To send you account-related notifications (cycle evaluations, charge confirmations)
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To send marketing communications if you opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Your Plans and Commitments Are Private

We want to be completely transparent about this:

We do not read, review, analyze, or access your daily commitments, weekly plans, life goals, dreams, journal entries, or any other personal content you create within the Service. Your planning data is stored securely and is used only to display it back to you within the application.

We do not share your personal planning content with any third party — not with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, AI training datasets, or anyone else. Your commitments and goals are yours alone.

The only information shared externally is the limited data sent to your accountability partners (if you choose to add them): your check-in count for the week, skip-days remaining, and stake amount. Your actual commitment text is never included in partner emails.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all your personal data, including your planning content, goals, commitments, and profile information, within 30 days of your request.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total user counts) that cannot be used to identify you, for the purpose of improving the Service.
